I found this one wheel when pulling 2 bugs from my backyard. Only have one orphan wheel. No markings on wheel. Has a bias ply tire made by "Star Rubber Company".

Here's an Ad for Pacific- Italia Carrera Wheels, I have never heard of a wheel company called Performance Industries nor have I ever seen an Ad from this company and have not yet found the origin of where this Performance Industries exists?
Here's a Pacific-Italia Package label with a Beetle that has the Carrera Wheels and the PI emblem. Pacific-Italia, Inc. 2609 S.E. 8th, Portland, Oregon 97202
