The original color of the car I got was birch green. Someone before me painted over it with a seafoam color. And from the looks of it with a brush.

Wondering best/quickest way to take off that “new” painted over top layer?

I’ve heard graffiti remover, Jasco apoxy and paint remover. Also good ol elbow grease and the right sand paper.

What do you recommend?

Ah right on. So that left the original paint on the car and you just removed the shitty paint someone used to paint over that?

Sounds like a good plan. I might give that a go.
