Russ Wolfe was a factory trained VW mechanic & an expert here until his death a few years ago. He told us to have Kinko's etc blow up our color wiring diagram to 11"X17" & have it laminated. It does help with troubleshooting wiring!

Okay, I took your advice and showed the nitty gritty of making patch panels fit in this one.

You are doing good work on your VW, but it is kind of hard to see the patch piece with the black undercoating. It is much clearer after you primered it in a lighter color. My son bought me a new WINPLUS 3 panel LED Folding Worklight for Christmas that would illuminate your work better while your are working/filming it for us. Keep at it and you'll be driving it again!

Thanks Mike! I've tried to set up lights before, but they always make my welding helmet go dark even if they are behind me. I've been trying to figure out what I can do to stop that from happening.

I’m Not exactly sure, but it was built for spray guns. It’s really old though, made by Sears. I would guess 15-20 gallons.

Oh I have no idea of those specs, the sticker is gone. I have to get a new compressor soon anyway.
