Cool, info crukab. Hopefully someone has it safe & sound or perhaps it's in a junkyard being sorted out to save some other bus : ) How's one of my favorite states, Vermont Wink

Since the Hayward place is in Westminster Vt., home of John's Car corner, my guess is it went there.... Question

Saw this camper in the Jan & Dean movie, Deadman's Curve today. Probably 66 being the backup lights are not present but could be 67 being the early 67's didn't have them. I love the truck style mirrors and would install them on my bus if I didn't need to drill holes. The viewing size of the mirror must be awesome!

I'm going to say 64-65 based on the decklid and rear hatch combo.

So pleased to see multiple air-cooled buses out and about (being used) while traveling.

Two camper/camper conversions.

First this nice '67 in Grass Valley, California that we saw Saturday the 17th of February, 2018:

Regretfully didn't see/get to talk to the owners of either, but here's a virtual hello, and a nice bus wave to you both.

How do you young guys get your camera, snap a pic while driving, and get your film printed and developed, then feed them into the slot in your computer so fast?

Just be careful. You can get a ticket or worse you could crash and hurt someone.

In this case I was sitting at a red light when it turned left off the cross street so I was able to get my phone up safely. Then as soon as the light changed I was behind it, where they'd basically stopped in the middle of the street before turning into a parking lot so I was able to snap a few pictures while sitting still. I'm guessing they were lost and turning around, because there is a confusing interstate junction just up the road.

There’s a hole in the school bus roof for access into the Splitty “bedroom”.

That's a nice panel bus. I'll have to keep an eye out for that one.
