1983 Wasserboxer, 2wd


I have been amassing parts to do my blower motor/resistor and just realized that another "upgrade" I can do is the brake master, while the dash is out.

Just so happens, I have a BMW specialty shop so I have lots of parts!

I see mostly people using the E30 brake booster but I seems that one out of an E46 should work just as well.

My question is, is there any drawback to doing that, now, before eventual upgrade (soon) of remaining brake elements?

I plan on doing 4w disc and getting beefier tires on Passat wheels in the near future, and plan on eventually doing a full syncro/Subaru swap, hopefully within the year.

Would love to hear opinions.

Lube up windshield wiper mechanism. Jeep resistor for heat box. Rebuild heat box. Sound proof. Look for rust around windshield. Clean ground trees.

New washer hoses
New wiper pivot seals
Clean ground trees
