I stumbled on this crank as I was going through some parts recently. I was hoping someone might recognize it. I don’t think its Volkswagen, but then again, I don’t know. I’m not sure its long enough for a beetle. Its solid and not made from a tube or pipe. The dimensions are:

Overall length: 22in. 55 ½ cm.

Length from pins to handle: 13 ½ in 34 ¼ cm.

Length of handle: 5 ¼ in. 13 ¼ cm.

Length to wrench head: 3 ¼ in. 8 ¾ cm.

The wrench head fits a Bilstein jack perfectly. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Looks very much like a Dacia 1300 jack "crank" : https://www.pieseauto.ro/poze/set-cric-si-cheie-ro...-0-0-0.jpg

Could it be from a Renault 12, though.
