Can I get 14x5.5 Fuchs on a Caddy. I see they have 4x100 to 5x130 adapters. I was just worried they might stick out or rub or just not fit. I'm not going to lower it. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I guess you'll have to make some measurements.

What model Caddy? Do some research and find out if those 14” cast wheels can support a heavy weight laden vehicle.

I measured and took a wheel off and put one of the new wheels about where it should mount with the adapter and it looks like it should work. It sticks out a little further but is still under the lip. Since I'm not lowering it it shouldn't be a problem. I also went to a tire shop and they said it should work. I found a really good deal on adapters from Raceland.com out of Utah and ordered them yesterday.
Its an '81 base model caddy diesel. So pretty light and the wheels are forged Fuchs off a '76 Porsche so I'd think they'd be plenty strong.

Heck yeah, I should get the adapters, lugs and tires by next weekend. Can't wait, hopefully it works.

Got them on yesterday. Super happy it worked without any problems, they look great.
My truck doesn't have power steering (I think only the LX models had it) and the steering at parking lot speeds has always been a work out but it's way lighter now with the new wheels. Not sure why but a nice bonus.
