site keeps going down?

The site keeps going down for me, like every 15 minutes or so, then 5-10 mins later its back up, anyone else having the same problem or is it just me?

Yes, there were some issues for a short while.

I don't believe it was Russia, they typically stick to using bots on Facebook

couple of days ago it wanted me to "sign -in " again and forums had like 4 posts- was that Samba, or should I worry?
