Does anyone know who won the raffle motor? I'm writing an article on the event and would like to include their name & city if I can find out. _________________ Eric

BBB was such an enjoyable event that I didn't get to take as many pix as I usually do. But here's the very few I got:
The lakeside view!
Kool table.
Tight squeeze!
Fire action!
thankfully the only issue to be had was a totally deader than dead battery on the Dormy at the time we were to leave.
Chriss all packed up and ready to go!
Finally, a rear view of the carabus heading home somewhere just short of Glamis Beach.

The last announced number I heard was 580 registered. One of the buses in our camp was 567, and he arrived at like lunch time on Saturday. Definitely had to be at least 600 there.

I don't recall hearing any drones but it would be neat to see Randee's name made with lanterns.
I saw a bus registration blue sheet with #586 on it... and that doesn't include the $2 parking lot buses or the event organizers' buses. Massive turn out - it was amazing! |

The BBB organizers announced there were 560 registered VW buses at the event this year. And there were over 40 more sitting out in the parking lot. So it appears over 600 buses were at BBB for 2018! It was an outstanding gathering, with great entertainment, fantastic bus people, and even a beer here and there...
