This event has been going on for 8 years now and we have tried our best to bring the folks of the Western PA a place to come race their VWs and have a show/swap. The event has certainly had its great moments, but then it started to fade.
In 2017, our totals drastically dropped, I am sure there are many different reasons, why some didn't want to attend, but the number one thing we always heard was it was way
to far for most. Especially when there are so many events in their area, that they can attend and not drive more then two hours. We totally understand that, but we can't keep trying to have a show in an area that people will not come to.
This past week, when we found out that we only had maybe 6 racers attending, that made us think more and more about it. We made this decision. We know that it may not make everyone happy, but it was something we had to do. We will not be coming back to PA and hope that those in the area will be sure to support the VW events that is within your area. Without YOU, these events can not exist!
We would like to Thank all of our Sponsors from the years past and especially the local club Fresh Air VW club, for always being there to help at the event and promote
at local and regional events. Bugstuff for always trying his best to get all his customers to come out and Geno Boyd for doing the same, plus providing some great prizes to give away the last few years. Also to Mark Morris, for always trying to get his watercooled racers and sponsors to the event as well.
Thanks to everyone that attended this event and maybe if you venture south you can attend one of our other events.

This event, as well as other events, they don't exist without YOU!
WE NEED SWAP MEET VENDORS! Enthusiasts come to the events to buy parts, but they can't buy parts if no one is there to sell them!
Swap meet space is just $35 for a 10x10 spot and that includes one admission.
Start cleaning up those items you don't need anymore and bring them to sell.
Be sure to post up, if you are bringing a part or a bunch of parts to sell here, so others can see.

Always sad to see this happen! 
But nothing lasts forever and some times the hard decisions have to be made. BTDT! 
I'm sure it was good while it lasted. Enjoy the memories and good luck in the future!
