I have these super wide wheels that came on my super original ‘55 oval. The 2nd owner supposedly put them on in the late 60’s/early 70’s. They’re stamped 4-1/2, which 66-67 bug wheels were 4”, they’re stamped KPZ, one is stamped made in Brazil, but the other one I checked didn’t seem to be, but I don’t think they’re 356, does anyone know anything about these?

someone re-used the centers and re-rimmed the wheel with a wider barrel.
mine are the same idea, stock T3 wheel center with a new 6.5" barrel welded on

That’s what I had figured. I just thought it was weird that these had the KPZ stamp on them. Either way, they’re coming off my oval lol. |
