We're getting prepared to replace the nose, front floor and doglegs on our '71 bus. We'll be using a flap disc to remove the paint and 1/2" Shocked of bondo and expose the spot welds for removing the panels. My question is: what order should I replace these panels in order to be most efficient about the project? Full doglegs (inner and outer), full front floor and full nose.

Thanks in advance!

I would remove the floor first followed by the nose. Clean up those areas of rust and protect. Then I would check my door gaps and adjust as required. Then remove and replace doglegs then adjust and chech door fit. Replace nose and then floor last.
