Hi All,

My year-old Shurflo faucet switch stopped working. When I disconnect the Shurflo faucet wires (blue) from the oem water pump harness and jump the wires at the harness the pump runs and water flows. Somewhere in the Shurflo faucet the switch is no longer completing the circuit.

Can anyone provide some insights on how to repair the switch in the faucet. I can’t find and exploded diagrams or instructions on the internet.

Thanks.

Alrighty. It looks like the reason exploded views or repair instructions are not available is because the Shurflo faucet is not repairable. That’s disappointing.

I’ll ping them to see if I can get a warranty replacement.

Called the shurflo customer service and they said it can not be taken apart and repaired, also warranty is only 1 year, so screwed there.

I emailed them (or whoever it is that imports them to the US) and asked if there was a way to dismantle the unit in order to solder new wires in. They emailed back saying "it's not serviceable but we'll just send you a new one". They didn't even ask for proof of purchase.
