Part of a dealer A/C kit, seems the rest is long gone. Or that shroud came with the mystery runner the flipper installed to get it sale ready.

Good find on the Ebay listing 70Crew, it's an interesting read. Not quite so flowery as some and the seller seems to be somewhat up front about it not being perfect, but wow, rather optomistic about the price.
