| Managed to purchase a good running motor from a '85 Carrera and am following up a lead on a 915 trans so with those two the intention is to stuff them up the back of my BT6. Although I am fully aware that this job won't be a straight forward operation and I am already drawing up basic plans for a rear subframe to take it all, I was just wondering if any of you guys had done a similar engine swap or had helped a buddy with his car. It would be interesting to hear of what complications you encountered and how you overcame them. |
