Very nice Patina Patina in L11 Pastell Green.
But the fender and front hood are not original.
And i want a show & shine bug

Rear end.
The H-apron was cutted for a new exhaust.
I think with a stone or so
An behind the bumper holder was the rear panel an both side very rusty.
The new Metal comes from Wolfparts

In jan 2017 i put the bug to a plastic blaster in thüringen.
They blast it half for a show

The engine in the car was a 24,5PS from 5/50.
It is in the papers since 1963.
Refresh from VW?

Looking forward to see more progress.
I would have left the car as is without blasting, but it looks like you're building a very nice car, so you had a very good base
This 1950 engine is neat, normally they changed the engines for something stronger haha |
