Rear script on a 64?

Did my May 64 kombi have the VW script on the Hatch? I have found pics of 64s with and without the script. My hatch was replaced...

My old Feb 64 standard microbus had it on the hatch.

Is it possible commercial busses may not have had it? Think the ones I noticed that looked original and didn't have the script were panel or kombi.

Could not find any commercial photos of the back in the literature.

This appears to be original paint without holes...

Chances are even commercial buses like Kombis had the script. Here is my march 1964 Kombi, and although painted gold and brown in the '80s, the hatch is original to the bus and the script is present.
