|
|
Hello all, about a year ago I bought a fully restored 1953 Zwitter ragtop here on TheSamba from a board member. I have done some light mods to the car since & was thinking of selling these "restored parts" so I recoup part of my costs from the transformation so to speak. I wish to get an idea of how much these parts are worth:
1) pair of restored front seats with correct fabric
2) set of 5 x 15" rims painted with hub caps & bias ply tires
3) set of restored drum brakes complete
4) restored Batwing steering wheel
5) pair of Hella Euro headlamps
I would love to sell as a package deal. All parts are in Los Angeles CA area.
Thanks you very much for your input. |

you can see pics if you search "56reddy" @ least you get an idea of quality of parts. Expedite your Zwitter restoration with these parts.
Thanks ! |

I can't help but wonder kind of a 'transformation' would leave you with so many crucial parts to sell..? _________________ drive your split. |

My guess is he's going vintage speed and will mount 356 brakes and rims as well as a Porsche steering wheel? |

I don't know the values but I do know a bunch of those can be searched on in the classifieds to make a guess.
If they are the correct original seats I would save those as I believe they are pretty hard to find.

Non of those parts are really zwitter specific. 4 bolt brake cylinders also fit slpits and the seats go up to '55 |
