I bought a 2" beam for my 63 that needs springs. Considering the new CB springs but had a couple questions. Has anyone noticed a ride or quality difference? I'm always confident with their products but it's always worth the ask. Thanks!

I've purchased (3) of their 2" beams over the years. Their beams and leaf packs are great for the price. I always purchase their leaves, along with the matching sway bar. Their leaves are imported from a Mexican or Brazilian supplier, IIRC. They were good quality and ride nice. Not wore out soft but not hard either.

Used the CB 2" Beam and springs on my wifes 61, but this was before they were supposed to have changed to a softer set. Honestly no complaints on the heavier ones that I have in the car.

By the way, "leaf springs" and "torsion leaves" are two entirely different things. VW didn't use "leaf springs" on any of their cars sold in the USA with one exception, the VW Rabbit Pickup Truck...

I do not know how to fix this. All I can say is it all works fine for me with what I use, Firefox.
