When cleaning a 28 pict-1 carb I want to remove the choke pull off to soak the carb. How do I do it and where do I find a new diaphragm?

Many rebuild kits include the diaphram, contact a vendor

the choke is removed after three retaining screws are removed, then you kind of pry out the element after the retaining ring is lifted off. sometimes the element is loose, other times you may need to fiddle with it. the diaprham can be pulled out when you move the choke plate, the diaphrams shaft kind of hooks on to the choke plate arm, this can be seen after the choke element is removed, it located under the element.

Good Luck, Bug On!
