I think the opposite actually holds more truth, if you marry well you don't have to shower twice a day.
The world is made out of dirt, many of the coolest places on earth are only accessible on foot, you are going to get dirty getting there. To a person for whom 2 showers a day are necessary, a very large portion of the earth is off limits.

Think about it again...why would one maybe want to take a shower if "married well?" It's a different kind of dirty...or at least that's where my mind went.

Not yet, but I did work in Cincinnati in August for a 3 week heat wave! The lowest high temp for 3 weeks was 97*, with all the humidity, I was working 12 hour days outdoors. One shower a day after work was fine for me under those conditions.

Pricing in Europe:

Another story is Syncro. You have either rust buckets for about €3000-€5000
When you end up wiht body repairs and paint you will be in the €20.000 area

For sure there is lot of influencers with #vanlife which boost up a demand for Vanagons and similar cars. But as well, they are getting rare and there is large value rise for lot of old cars now.
