I'm rewiring my car with a Wiringworks harness. I've got everything pulled out. What appears to be the original wiper switch on the car has more terminals at the back than what the wiring diag in the tech section shows. It seems to be a 2-speed version. I also read somewhere that Euro cars were single speed but US cars were 2-speed. Is that correct?

Hopefully my harness will also be for the 2-speed.

Thanks!

Hey Byas. I recall you saying that the Ghia was converted to 12v. So there is a possibly that the wiper motor and switch was swapped out for 67 12v one. How many wires to the motor? 65 will have 4 wires from switch to motor. 67 has 6.

You're right (partly at least). The motor only has 3-4 connects. The swf switch was probably added in 2003 when the car was "restored" by PO. So, not a 2-speed motor, just the switch.
