Early (-'49) Hella split beetle headlight?

I'm cleaning up the garage and found this Hella headlight (and bulbholder) with VW logo at 6 o'clock and "Hella" in chrome ring. There is a red Hella sign on the back and a number (1007H). Is this a pre -49 unit? Or is this a '49-'52 unit?

Eyebrow lens. Single rivet tab. Hella stamped ring. Looks Pre ‘49 to me. Exact same unit I have on my ‘47
