Has anyone used these Empi center caps on stock wheels? They are a tad larger than the stock wheel cutout, how did you get them to fit, cut, dent?

You'll have to carefully punch in indentations around each lug nut- a crescent-shaped kink X 20 to clear each lug flange. I've seen this done with what was likely heat; a mallet and temper and a buzz.
Or you can notch out and remove the amount of metal needed to clear the lug bolt flanges- again a notch times twenty unfortunately.
