If a seller won’t put a price on something and pulls the “ make offer “ Shinola, you can’t complain about getting lowballed.
Asking 25% over market and then selling it, fine.
“Make offer” is for grifters. _________________ .ssS! |

we are together on that. I have no problem holding off decisions until all the information needed to make a decision is presented. Worked 35 years in lending - gets easy to say no when everyone wants what you have - money. _________________ “Most people don’t know what they’re doing, and a lot of them are really good at it.” - George Carlin |

As to me being a PITA. It's on-purpose tough-love if you haven't figured it out yet. Smile ... |
I get it and it's appreciated. Sometimes, while in the privacy of my own garage, I do better work even though it takes more effort, time or money because of the voices of you and others in my head, keeping me accountable. So it's working. Thanks for that. |

You keep us thinking and honest too. I just wish I had your energy and enthusiasm these days.
USPS should tell me tomorrow what they have decided to do, and once I know that it is time to work on the bus again. At this point I think the line bored case in the bus is what I am going to work with unless a better solution shows up pronto. _________________ “Most people don’t know what they’re doing, and a lot of them are really good at it.” - George Carlin |
