68-71 deck lids will fit.
The cabin doors will be a little different through the years in regards to the flow-through ventilation holes and opening in the door card. I think the sheet metal assemblies will all fit through the years though.

WRT doors, I don't think so. 70-72 doors I think are the same. Early doors do not have intrusion beams and 68 have different locks and door handles. But I think there is a break between 1974 and 1976 somewhere.
The lock mechanism definitely changed between 73-74, so maybe that is the break.?
There might even be other differences, like the latch or hinges?

The inner lock changed in 73 and the hinges ~76, the hinges can be swapped to the early style by driving out the pins.
The best fit and look if you are a purist would be mid 69-71, 72 looks different on the inner front structure between the hinges, 73-76ish bolt right on but have a different inner lock knob, 77-79 fit with hinge modifications or adaptors. They all fit, you just have to decide how close to 70 doors you want them to look, latch and hinge locations all line up the same.
Decklid is the same from 8/67 (68 model year)-7/71. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.
