I was lucky to buy a Köhler Mekra horn clock. On the Internet I found some Information and Pictures.
I tried to fit it in an original horn button, but there is a little bit to much space for fitting it. (on an Oval horn button)
Has anybody a Picture from the back? Maybe theres a ring missing on mine.
There´s one on ebay, but I can´t see, how it is mounted.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Tobi

First, you’re fitting your clock in the wrong horn base. It’s designed to fit in the 1959-55 base which has a smaller ID

Is the chrome ring is still in the horn button housing when the clock is mounted?
I guess the spring stays in the housing?
I try to find a housing for test fitting.
Thanks,

Thankfully I got a cheap housing from Jacco (Carbage)!
But it still doesn't fit. There must be something missing.
I hope somebody can show a pic of the back.
At the moment I don't understand it |
