Looking at a 80 caddy rabbit diesel this is the worst spot on the whole truck and does not go into the fire wall
My question is should I walk or just take a day and cut it out and fix it
Any reply is appreciated

I build rat rod buses so im used to rust repair
But don’t want to do what the guy did on the link u sent!
The truck is a low mile truck and looks pretty sharp 3250$
Just don’t want to buy it and have to completely dismantle
