arms = silver on deluxe, black on standard wire wiper arms...
... frames that the motor sits in are all black.

I was thinking maybe they were quickly sprayed the car color after they were installed?

I seem to have a grey wiper frame from a split, has anybody come across that? Is there a Ral code for it, need to do a blast & respray.
