Just got motor back after a couple of weeks. Everything back together as before - turning over all day with nothing. Getting fuel but no spark. Tried another two coils but nothing.
So I turned my attention to the Pertronix Billet Distributor and whether the module may have died. When I pulled the rotor out of it there is evidence of something going on.....might this point to the module having expired?
Everything otherwise is as it should be...maybe replace the module - or ditch the whole thing and buy a CB Magnaspark?

I would try cleaning the contact points with some sand paper first, the rotor, and the cap. |

If you hooked the wires up backwards it will never spark, I've done this before. _________________ Never be a follower...Do your own thing, make it your own! |
