Just got motor back after a couple of weeks. Everything back together as before - turning over all day with nothing. Getting fuel but no spark. Tried another two coils but nothing.

So I turned my attention to the Pertronix Billet Distributor and whether the module may have died. When I pulled the rotor out of it there is evidence of something going on.....might this point to the module having expired?

Everything otherwise is as it should be...maybe replace the module - or ditch the whole thing and buy a CB Magnaspark?

I would try cleaning the contact points with some sand paper first, the rotor, and the cap.

If you hooked the wires up backwards it will never spark, I've done this before.
