I have a couple of Type IV oil coolers in my parts stash and I intend to use these on the next couple of upright engines I build. My question is, does anyone sell the longer studs needed to attach the thicker oil cooler to the doghouse adapter? I had at least one set but they seem to have vanished.

I recall Gene Berg Enterprises being an early proponent of this modification however checking their website, I didn't see anything AT ALL about oil coolers.

If you actually drive your VW, you need www.AirMapp.com

My boss told me I need to work on my mutli-tasking. So now when I use the bathroom at work I surf The Samba on my iPhone.

I used bolts instead of studs, worked fine for me and much easier to find.
Good Luck
