Other than to show how clever the panel guys are, I simply do not understand the point of this type of modification. It costs significant time, effort and materials (aka money) to make these changes and at some point in time the car will be seen as devalued by everything done to it. All the work perceived as something that needs to be undone. The novelty quickly wears off.
