I have had Berg covers that were drilled for the 6mm studs, no idea if they are still offered. They are about as nice a cover as you can get, IMO.

Funny you should mention that as I do have an old Berg cover in my bag of tricks. Kinda wanted to hold on to it as this is for a client, but what the heck, she's a great client so maybe I will just do that. And of course plug the hole in the old pump and call it a day.
I guess a guy could braze in the holes and redrill for the ittybitty studs and call it good. |

Modified my own. Located the area of pressure side of pump cover, drilled and tapped for npt threads installed and oriented fitting, and surfaced the pump side after brazing the fitting. |
