I was able to get both spring plates out of the rear however one torsion bar is stuck inside the tube. If I renove the one rod can I tap a bar from the open end to get the torsion rod out from the stuck side? I want to lower but rather adjust the inner spline vs the outer.

Thanks!

Lube it up a little before reassembly.

One spline is a hell of a lot of movement, have you read up on how to index the rear torsion bars?
