Apparently so. The CEO who thought it made sense (???) to charge people $399 a year to host photos has left the company. However I think the photos that are showing up are maybe due to a bug - the new CEO is still planning on charging people for hosting, but a less insane $19. So don't be surprised if all the links break again in the very near future.
