i am looking for a radio delete panel for a 1970 convertible beetle.
when doing a search on google, i see the delete panels stopping at 1967.
were there not radio delete panels for the 1970 bug? _________________ 1963 Ragtop |

You could check with Avery's. They probably have them.

1970 had a padded dash and there was not radio delete cover. The pads came with the radio hole uncut, so you had to cut the padding to install a radio.
The top is a NOS VW factory pad.
The middle is an aftermarket.
The bottom is a factory that was cut.
Here's what I can up with, but never installed.
I still have the parts, PM me if interested. _________________ Glenn

So a Baywindow bus delete plate combined with a stepped ring? (bezel?), I've seen both of those parts separately, who knew they could work together? _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.
