Has any body replaced the hinge on the post for the quarter window? How much do I have to take off to get to it? Rich W

I'm going thru pop out window hell myself. I've learned a lot. The hinge is held on by two screws in the 'permanent' post under the front window gasket. Did a photo search for 'pop out windows' 'Ghia coupe' and found that Chipster posted a lot of photos of his 74 pop out windows.

Those window seal trim pieces are for older Ghias. I know '72-'74 didn't use that kind of trim. Like I said, I've been thru Ghia pop out window hell.

How does the window glass attach to the hinge?
