I have read that the front brake hoses 181 611 701 can be swapped over to a more common 113 611 701 Ghia hose, so I picked some up locally and they are too short. No problem I'll just order from The Thing Shop, right? Wrong. All they offer are the Ghia lines, at least online. (It's a Sunday.) In fact I can't find the 181 part number anywhere. I suppose I could straighten out the steel lines and bend the brackets over and maybe make these work, but I would rather not.

This post is partly to put this information out there and partly to ask where the original hoses can be bought. I took mine off about a month ago when I welded in new pans and had everything powdercoated and as I meant to replace them I did not put them on a shelf and can now only find one. I don't even know if the second one is still in the garage.
