My wife will stuff any vehicle that sits for more than a few days with bags of recycling and anything else she wants out of sight. The Thing is luckily in use most of the time during the warmer months so usually misses out on this indignity. |

"Hermann", my faux Kubel, has a rear deck cover made from a bus panel, with the removable lid. It just fits two 5-gallon gas cans when I need to go to town and refill them.

Lumber Yard Go-Getter!
Cinder Block Transporter!
And, perhaps most importantly, hauling home a Christmas Tree.

Wow... I was never a fan of the roll bar until now. Didn’t realize that there are so many practical applications!

(I towed the Thing, full of beer, behind the Bus to a campout.)
Also thought I had a pic of when I rested some long pieces of guttering on the front handle (windshield down) and rear deck to haul them home from the big box home improvement store but couldn't find it. _________________ Dave Cook
