I'm installing new rubber for all my windows and just cant get the Vent Wing rubber to fully fit in the inner channel. Even when pushed completely flat it seems too long. See attached pic.
Bus Depot rubber - European made.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I bought the OEM VW of Brazil vent window seals and was VERY pleased with how they fit.
