The plastic plate that is around the shifter arm on my Eurovan is broken. This is the plate that moves when you move the shifter. It helps to seal the cabin. Mine cracked and broke so now I can see through to the underside of the car.
Couple questions:
What is this plate called?
Where can I buy one?
How do I replace it?

I just bought one of these, then realized you can easily make one. For example I just bought some new kneepads for mountain biking which came on a sheet of black plastic that would work perfect.

Thanks for the input. I ended up using the plastic sheeting from the bottom one of my wife's reusable grocery bags. Looks perfect and easy to cut. |
