Can the 1966 beetle steering column (the entire unit, from steering wheel down to where it connects to the shaft coming out of the steering box) be moved to a 1965 beetle? _________________ "If you can't fix it with pop rivets, crazy glue and duct tape, or hold it together with zip ties, velcro or magnets, it REALLY is broken." |

Easy enough answer in this case. Hell, I have a Baja bug that is a 61 body but with many components out of a 66, including the steering shaft and column tube. It works fine. _________________ Andy T.

I do not know how to fix this. All I can say is it all works fine for me with what I use, Firefox. |
