I'm not an expert on this, but there should be a number stamped on the bump stop finger (part in the picture).

You can check the number in this table to see when it was built (fifth column mentoins front axle numbers).

Not so. All beams are numbered on a vehicle when they left the factory, including early ones.

I have a short shock beam. But it doesn’t follow numbers. Has a zero “0” at beginning
