... anyone ever see a trans bracket like this one on my 1960 Bug?

I bet that thing transmits some pretty loud transmission noise into the cabin of the car.

Toss that POS and get a stoker. use the proper rubber trans mounts and enjoy the quiet.

Also, have a look at the trans front mount. It might be solid too.

... not an April fool - never saw anything like it B4. will check the front mount... would much rather have stock rubber mounts - thanks
