And a comment, the spacing between your spice rack and cabinet with the door shut looks Awfully tight. I would suggest that you check that carefully to avoid impact when slamming the door. Of course, we never slam bus doors, right? Laughing

Only a psychopath would slam the rear cargo door with the fridge open. Smile

It is only tight with the fridge drawer out and will not be a common thing to close the door while the fridge is open. Still over 1/8" of space with the door pushed hard in.

Installed the correct screws for the sub drawers so now they go back all the way.

Well actually they are not quite the correct screws. I got #6x1/2 flat head and ground the point off. No 3/8" were available locally.

I just need to get the covers for the electrical area made and I can apply amber shellac on the new parts parts.

Joiner strip screws in. Used #8 X1" ovals. Started adding screws one at a time from center so the liner would pull up evenly. I will countersink the heads when they get removed to apply finish.

Built the switch panel. I will add a small screw at each end to hold it in.

Thanks. I'm way behind schedule though. Haha. Too many other projects. Maybe I need to self isolate for a couple weeks and get some stuff done. Smile

Notched out the wide sub drawer for our plates. Originally I hadn't planned for sides on the sub drawers but then realized things would fall out the back. Will keep them in place anyway.

Worked out the battery charger venting. ABS fitting, shop vac hose and an aluminum vent for under the floor.

I removed the back and added two small screws through into the abs. I will seal the hose in the fitting once everything is fitted. This will be a big improvement in very hot weather.

Think I have everything to reassemble the electrical system now.

Finally found some small knobs that would work for the curtains to replace the washer and tubing. I was looking for something a little flatter but once the cord was on I really like them.

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07B91Z9SP/

I had to cut some of the 4mm threads off the adaptors but wasn't that difficult.

Few bits today.

Got the battery charger vent cut but need the touch up paint to dry before glueing in the vent.

Electrical covers cut. Not sure how I will hold them in. Don't like velcro. Maybe a spring clip. Want to easily pull them off for quick access.

Made the bulkhead trim that I kept forgetting about.

Just need to get the table done and I will get some finish on stuff.

Worked a bit on the table. I made it as large as possible for the space, about 30x19. Leg will be placed on a angle to allow it to fold up under table.

It will be nice having a table when traveling in less than perfect weather. Need to come up with something for side lights though.

Got the table working. Still need something to hold it against the wall so it doesn't rattle. Also plan a small rod to hold the leg out but not really needed.

I notched the curved leg into the table on both ends so table would fold tight to the wall. Used some 1/8" rod as a pivot notched into the top with aluminum plates to hold the ends in place. A ball catch cut through the leg holds the leg tight to the table.

The leg set forward makes it easy to slide across the rear bench. The front bench is also very easy to get in and the leg is not in the way. Leg also clears the bed though doubt we would ever want the table with bed out.

That leg looks good and works nicely.

I am using the same type of snap, like the ones used on SO 42 tables, on mine. At least in Germany they are still widely available.

This is not mine but it's what I am talking about:

Thinking something similar but on the wall high enough to hold end of table tight to wall. Don't much like the latch there with table up though. Other option is to mount catch on cabinet high enough so male end does not extend past cabinet face with table up. Will not hold as well but also will not show with table up.

Need to order another latch as I can not find anything in our small town. Smile

i loved the table in my SO 44. so adjustable, long way, sideways, or completely out of the way in the bed if i needed the space for storage. Also no way to kick the leg out.
