Received headliner-need knob/interior suggestions

I am ready to install my headliner and am wondering if I should go with black or white accessories. Need a new steering wheel and thought about white or ivory color with my interior. ?? Any thoughts?
Seats will probably be beige with another insert color and headliner is beige.

Seeing as how you're not going with stock /OEM colors, I'd try to match the steering wheel color with the lighter color in the seat covers. What about the sunvisors? I'd again go with the seat / steering wheel color.

The sun visors will be the same color as the headliner. I’ve never liked sun visors that stood out. I like it to be uniform and match the headliner.
The steering wheel? Not sure what color yet.
I’m thinking light though. I’ve always liked light colors in bugs. Kinda antique looking I think.
Gonna scour the net for some interior pics! Hahaha
