Hello all,
anyone had an issue with fully engaging the clutch after installation of a beetle gearbox in a BD? seems like the throw is just not enough?

difference I see is the 90mm clutch-arm on the gearbox while a BD has a shorter one. guess I need to change this out to a 75mm one?

Any other updates anyone else has done to improve this?

Thanks,
Peter

Hi Peter,

Did you install and setup the Bowden tube correctly?

Hello Terry,

yes, that one is renewed and has the little sag in the middle as i always do, so should be correctly set?
This evening I can spend some more time... lets see if I can check what else could be up.

Thanks!
Peter

I didn't have any issues with 3 different beetle gearboxes in my bus, I didn't change the arm on any of them
