Is there a 109teeth flywheel that came with a 200mm clutch? An old VW repair guy here insists there is.

Never doubt those old guys, they’re shifty. They also often forgot more than we will ever know.

Answer is yes. They were used on I believe 65-66 buses.

The best of the best in 6v is one year only bus flywheel, it’s 6v 200mm with O ring. That’s a unicorn.

Yes, I've got one in my 66 bug. I found out after ordering a 180mm clutch before pulling the engine Rolling Eyes . @ least it has the "O" ring.
