Hi, I can find some topics for resetting a speedo for a later model, however; the early gel needle ones are slightly different. The pin, with the gears, you have to remove from the odometer numbered gears, is stuck behind the pin for the speedo needle... Is it ok to remove the bracket (2 screws), with the tension spring (2nd pic)? Thx!! _________________ VW Karmann Ghia '63 VW Kupla Dickholmer '64 VW Bubbla Oval '54
