Is there a way to raise and lower the front end without changing the spindles? I am having issues, (fat boy problems) with tire clearance once i am sitting in the car my tires rib in the turns. Not a severe rub but I am close to putting a new set of white walls on and I want to address this issue before I put on the new tread. Recently I put new shocks on the front, the old ones were 100% shot but.... I don’t recall having the problem prior to that. Is there a simple fix to this without widening the front fenders? Or any other simple suggestions to gain just a bit of clearance? Probably 1/4 higher maybe 1/2 inch and I would be good to go.

What wheels and tyres is on there?

Is your beam adjustable as it is? (Look at the centre of the forward facing part and take us a picture)

Sounds like something is bent or broken like the axle tubes or the bearings/bushings inside the tubes, or simply your steering stop needs some adjustment. If you can tell where the tires are rubbing you can tell where to adjust the stops.

If the shocks were shot, and the vehicle was driven for a while, you may want to inspect the leaf packs. If you have broken springs, a stock ride height vehicle would probably droop and tires would rub.

Runnings stock size wheels and tires, tires are rubbing, barely, at the rear of each fender on the outer edges.
